one ANIMAL CELL TEACHING FOR DEAF STUDENTS: LIBRAS IN ADAPTED DIDACTIC-PEDAGOGICAL RESOURCES AND ACTIVITIES

Abstract

Reflecting on the difficulties that a large number of teachers of specific subjects, starting from Elementary School II, have to teach students with deafness, due to lack of training and knowledge of sign language and also the lack of resources and didactic strategies - suitable pedagogical; and in the desire to contribute to reducing this complexity in the education of the deaf, the idea of ​​carrying out this work arose. The present work elaborated material resources with Libras to be applied in didactic activities, together with the practice in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), in the teaching of Biology to deaf students in High School, considering the difficulties of teachers in this area of ​​Science in provide the content satisfactorily due to the great lack of these resources. This work hopes to contribute to the knowledge and pedagogical practice of teachers with the elaboration and construction of technological resources and activities with low cost materials, which will also help in the teaching-learning process of deaf students, enabling them to have adequate and satisfactory learning about the theme of 'Animal Cell' and its particularities.
