FEMINIST PRESS ON INTERNET: WHO AND WHAT THEY TALK ABOUT

Abstract

Technological changes have the ability to promote alterations in spheres of society, while being shaped by it. These transformations also happen in social movements and in the press. Feminism, in recent years, has used and helped to build such technologies to organize itself in digital social networks and also in physical space. This article presents part of a research that analyzes the websites Lado M and AzMina, created at a time of effervescence in the feminist movement in Brazil. I bring the quantitative results of the research that was carried out with the authors who published in the vehicles in the second half of 2018 and make a brief analysis, raising questions about who and what feminist journalists write in the country.
