Abstract

This study brings a debate on relational communication, presenting the experience of the Department of Social Development and Assistance of the municipality of Pederneiras, specifically about the use of the software of service and management of SUAS in use of public social assistance policy and the transdisciplinary factor. The methodology used was based on a descriptive quantitative survey with users of this network and bibliographic research, highlighting the nonlinear trajectory of relational communication that transcends the formal and informal communicative processes contributing to the generation, dispersion, and distribution of information, designed in countless ways and which become central elements in the daily life of this institution and its development. Preliminary results indicate that a more in-depth analysis of how professionals share network information can contribute to expanding their reporting competence, in addition to fostering the creation, innovation and enhancement of multi-directional dialogues and flows to support SUAS operations, expanding the reach of the social rights to served citizens.
