ABSTRACT: This project presents a morphossintatical study of the Sateré-Mawé language, classified as the unique member of mawé family, in the Tupi linguistic branch. Sateré-Mawé is spoken by approximatily 8.500 people, in the indigenous area of Andirá-Marau, located in the frontier of Amazonas and Pará states
