Resumo

RESUMO: A obra de Teófilo Dias está localizada entre os anos de 1878 a 1887 e caracteriza-se pelo intenso diálogo que estabelecia com as muitas tendências literárias que compunham a poesia brasileira do período. Esta pesquisa quer investigar como o poeta mesclava os diferentes elementos oriundos dessas múltiplas tradições (Romantismo, Parnasianismo, Simbolismo, Decadentismo e Realismo) e quais contribuições deixou para as gerações futuras. ABSTRACT: The works of Teófilo Dias are localized between 1878 and 1887. At that moment, it dialoged with all the literary tendencies of the Brazilian poetry. This research intends to investigate how that poet mixed the different elements of that multiple traditions (Romanticism, Parnassianism, Symbolism, Decadentism and Realism) and which contributions it offered to the next generations.
