A REALIZAÇÃO DO SUJEITO E AS ORDENS VS/SV NA DIACRONIA DO PB

Resumo

ABSTRACT: This paper presents a work in progress that considers hypotheses about the pro-drop parameter, mainly the one that correlates it to the absence of verbal morphology, among other characteristics of this parameter. This project analyzes a diachronic written corpus, showing the absence/presence of null subjects in Brazilian Portuguese. The research considers three times: 1) the first half of the 19th century; 2) the second half of the 19th century; 3) the first half of the 20th century.
