Resumo

Les points de contact dans l' Athenes classique entre la réalité des activités judiciaires et la fiction scénique de la comédie ancienne sont diverso Parmi ces liaisons, on peut mentionner les nombreuses allusions adressant l'attention des spectateurs vers l'identification des situations liées à des pratiques habituelles chez les tribunaux athéniens. Le but de ce travail, donc, est d'analyser l'explication fournie par les scoliastes aux vv. 377-82 de la piece Acharniens, qui nous placent face à une référence extratextuelle significative: à travers le protagoniste, Aristophane affirme avoir été l'objet d'une dénonciation de la part de Cléon aupres du Conseil apres la représentation de sa comédie antérieure. Dans cet article, on étudiera la portée de ce fait -décrit, au point de vue de quelques auteurs, comme la vraie mise en action d'un proces légal- à partir d'un examen détaillé des scolies, pour conclure que cette lecture, influencée par d'autres passages aristophaniens, montre des incohérences par rapport à notre connaissance du droit attique, qui pourraient entrainer une interprétation exagerée du texte.
